Birds of North Dakota Exhibit

In early December Michael and Amy travelled to Bismarck, North Dakota for interpretive planning and design meetings for the Birds of North Dakota exhibit at the State Historical Society of North Dakota.   They spent time the existing space and collections and met with the team to develop the storyline for the new exhibit.

The current exhibit has a extensive egg collection - it was very interesting to see all the different sizes and colours eggs can be.

The hoarfrost on the trees was beautiful.

We enjoyed the live music and friendly hospitality at the East 40 Chophouse and Tavern. They even opened their kitchen for us after it had been closed for late night pizza.
